Man to Monk: Part One, Man, is a study of the laws of desire that govern human behaviour. Choreographed by Carlos Pons Guerra for dancers Mavin Khoo and Victor Callens, this male duet presents a sensuous and murderous encounter between man and god, a Calvary that delves into the workings of lust, delirium, love and possession, portraying the odyssey of passions we must endure to accept our human condition and transcend to new spheres.
